- Oversee and process payments for homeowners association’s services.
- Prepare monthly financial statement, providing an accurate detail of monthly transactions.
- Prepare annual year end financial report.
- Maintain HOA records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
- Preparation of the HOA annual budget.
- Assistance in complying with state audit requirements. (Auditor fees not included)
- Respond to title company demand letters.
- Assistance with HOA annual tax preparation. (CPA fees not included)
