- Assistance in compliance with state laws pertaining to reserve studies.
- Regular site reviews of homeowner association(HOA) property to ensure vendor and Homeowner compliance.
- Direct point of contact for all HOA vendors.
- Coordination and oversight of maintenance for common elements.
- Maintain all records of the homeowners association in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing HOA newsletter.
- Attend quarterly board meetings and assist with preparation.
- Direct oversight of insurance, association assets, and Oregon State Law compliance.
- Coordinate the Annual Association meeting and oversee Association elections.
- Leadership for committees.
- Send communication to owners regarding compliance, upcoming meetings, and community information.
